I have opened the doors of Salthill's newest gym MTF Galway and I am inviting YOU to take a look! Whether it is to drop-in for a chat and a look around our expansive facilities or to try out any class of your choice for free. We at MTF, are confident that we won't disappoint.
My goal is simple: To help people of all ages reach their own unique fitness goals.
Through my 18 years of experience and qualifications, I understand that everyone is different and has varied aims and needs. MTF has something for everyone.

- Boxercise: Step into high-energy boxing fused with core workouts for an electrifying session.
- 2023: Strike harmony with 20 minutes of spin and circuits each, hitting both strength and cardio goals.
- S and C: Elevate your strength and conditioning in a semi-private class led by our experienced team.
- Spin and Core: Ignite your heart rate with 20 minutes of spin, followed by a core-focused blast.
